Quality Management System Services.

Building a Quality Management System that fits your business needs and increases your employees' satisfaction, and is flexible enough to pass certifications as needed.
“Should we be certified?”  This is a frequently asked question.  In most cases, the answer is a “yes” because the rules written in today’s standards demand a complete certification through the supply chain.  It is a significant challenge for companies who serve multiple industries or multiple markets.
The strategy for this challenge should be refocusing on the purpose of a quality management system (QMS).  The number one priority of a good QMS is providing the set of play books to run the business, not for certifications.  It would contain the necessary procedures and information to get the job done consistently.  Most standards have similar approaches but with different sets of requirements.  Your organization can take advantage of these characteristics by focusing on processes to meet multiple requirements.  QMS built with this mindset can handle multiple certifications without extra effort.
Still not sure how?  We can support you in building a robust QMS that meet business needs and all audit requirements.

Success Stories
Our diesel engine line is used for marine, generator, agriculture, construction, and many other applications.  It has multiple certification requirements that we must compile, we ended up with more than 12 external audits a year.  It was an overwhelming situation when I took over the quality responsibilities and we were scrambling to prepare for audits all the time, initially.
To resolve this issue, my department set our sights on rebuilding the QMS to meet the challenge.  My QMS manager and her team deployed robust internal audits and rebuilt processes to integrate all the requirements.  We also used several KPIs (key performance indicators) to prioritize resource deployment.  Combined, it created a chain reaction that guided the whole organization to close gaps quickly.
Since the full integration effort, our procedures migrated to meet all requirements by design.  I still remember a conversation with the general supervisor when he asked for the external audits schedule in order to prepare.  I told him “no, we don’t need to announce the external audit schedule anymore because we are ready all the time.”  He was delighted, and we indeed maintained all certifications with flying colors and ease.  In fact, our ISO auditor even commented that he enjoyed his visits so much because “you guys demonstrate what a well-executed facility should look like!”
